We have carefully considered the best services we can provide as to make your expedition/vacation a most memorable one. It is with that in mind that we realize that there are always unforeseen accidents and incidents that might interfere with your plans thus calling for immediate amendments/changes.
We are hereby introducing our guidelines and requirements for cancellations to be effective and successful on your
behalf.
• Tours and/or Transfers must be confirmed on a 50% deposit of grand total or payment in full
• Confirmation of 50% deposit must be made at least 48 hours before time
• Request of cancellation must be made in writing or direct call to our office 24 hours in advance
• Guest must acknowledge that the Central Bank requires minimum of 3 working days to refund a direct foreign
account after receiving the request in writing from our company
• Nelson Maya Adventures will retain 15% of any and all deposit amount for bank refund transactions
• No Shows are completely NON REFUNDABLE
• Failure to notify us of any late changes can result in NO REFUND
• Deposits can be held for future Tours and/or Transfers for a 1time period not exceeding 6 months
• 100% refund will be given if WE cancel due to the bad weather.
• 100% refund will be given if someone is too Ill to participate with a notice the night/day before
